By registering an account with P 9999, accessing the platform at p9999.im, or placing any bet or wager through our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all players accessing P 9999 from Pakistan and internationally, and they govern every aspect of your relationship with the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the P 9999 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an account with P 9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be the named holder of any payment method used on the account. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted under any circumstances.

P 9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration and at any point during your membership. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo ID. Accounts with outstanding verification requests may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Your P 9999 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. This means:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. P 9999 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices. P 9999 is not liable for losses incurred through access by a third party using your credentials.
• Notify P 9999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Keep your registered contact details — email address, phone number — current. P 9999 uses these for security notifications and identity verification.

P 9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed instantly or within the standard processing time for the selected method.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

• Deposited funds are credited in PKR with no currency conversion charges applied by P 9999.

P 9999 processes withdrawal requests within five minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a method verified in the player's name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's name.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending verification. This is not a penalty — it is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus claimed are always withdrawable, subject to any pending verification checks.

• One welcome bonus per household and per payment method. Multiple accounts within the same household sharing a bonus are treated as bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value before it becomes withdrawable as cash).

• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or fraudulently obtained transfers.

• Using the P 9999 platform for money laundering, structuring or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing P 9999 support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, P 9999 may retain any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits that have not been used in connection with any prohibited activity will be returned to the original payment method following investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P 9999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service failures on the player's end
• Losses arising from a player's own decision to gamble, including losses sustained through a chosen betting strategy
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind
